Who we are

PrintCanvas (printcanvas.cy) is run by Tsiakkas Copy Center Ltd, Ayias Fylaxeos 245, 3116 Limassol, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@canvascy.com · 25 341901.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone, delivery address (only for delivery) and company name if you want it on the invoice.

Your photo: the photo you upload, cropped to the print size you chose, and its pixel dimensions.

Order content: canvas size, stretched or rolled, pickup or delivery, your notes and the amount paid.

Payment: card payments are handled by Revolut. We never see or store your full card number.

The quality check stays on your device

The resolution check and the preview run in your browser. Your photo is sent to us only when you continue to payment.

Why we use it

To print and deliver your order (contract), to email you about it — confirmation, ready and dispatch notices (contract), and to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation under Cyprus law).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who helps us

Revolut (card payments), Brevo (order emails), Netlify (website hosting and temporary storage of uploads) and Google Workspace (order records and storing photos for production). Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Cyprus accounting and tax law requires. Photos are kept only as long as needed to print your canvas and handle reprints or complaints, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@canvascy.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's own storage remembers your language and keeps your cart and photos on your device so you do not lose them if you leave the page. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
