Damaged or faulty canvases

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your canvas with your order reference and a photo of the problem. You choose a reprint or a full refund. You pay no return postage for a faulty item.

Made just for you

Every canvas is printed to order from your photo in the size you chose. Because it is personalised, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, so a finished canvas cannot be returned just because you changed your mind. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered.

Cancelling an order

If you cancel soon after ordering, before printing starts, you get a full refund. Once printing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Photo resolution

Our quality check stops orders at sizes your photo cannot print well. Softness that comes from the original photo itself is not a manufacturing fault.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
