Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Pickup from our Limassol shop is free; delivery anywhere in Cyprus costs €6. The total shown at checkout is what you pay. Payment is by card through Revolut's secure checkout. One promo code can be used per order.

Your order

Your order is accepted once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. If we cannot make it for any reason, we contact you and refund you in full.

Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to reproduce it. You keep all rights to it. We use it only to make your order and never publish or reuse it without asking. We may refuse material that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, with a full refund.

Print quality

Our quality check measures the resolution of your photo at the size you choose and does not let you order sizes that would print poorly. Photos with very small, blurry or heavily compressed originals may still look soft even when they pass. Small colour differences between a screen and a print are normal and are not a defect.

Sizes

Standard sizes start at 30 × 30 cm. Custom sizes can be up to 160 cm on the short side and 5 m on the long side and are priced automatically. For anything larger, contact us.

Production and delivery

Rolled canvases are usually ready in 4 working days and stretched canvases in about 7. Delivery within Cyprus adds up to 2 working days. The ready-by date shown on the site is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Liability

If something is our fault, we reprint or refund the item. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under Cyprus or EU law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
